My surprise trip to Panchmarhi!

So this was the best surprise of 2019. My first ever trip with friends and that too unplanned. On 9:10 pm we were like "shall we go?" and on 9:20 pm we were running here and there and picking everything we saw in the house😂 packed our bags in just five minutes and went on tripling to star square (One more thing that I had nothing other than the clothes I was wearing that time and my handbag and wallet. I relied on my friend's clothes throughout the whole trip) These few minutes literally felt like mixture of "Zindagi na milegi dobara "Jab we met" "3 Idiots" and "tripling" , each one for different reasons . When it comes to therapy, there are many myths and misconceptions that can prevent people from seeking the help they need. Everyone needs support at some point in their lives, and there's no shame in seeking therapy to improve your mental health. Myth #3: Therapy is too expensive....

Okayyy! It's getting a little weird and boring but trust me, once you do it, you will also feel the same. So, how did I get this idea?  Actually, I was in bad mood, a bit upset, so I called my friend and talked to her and felt better after almost an hour and then we kept talking and it was fun, and suddenly she said she had to go to do exercise and left and here, I was bored again, in a second. The first thought that hit my mind was  what do I do now?  And before I could come up with an answer I took my phone and opened Instagram to fin...
