My surprise trip to Panchmarhi!

So this was the best surprise of 2019. My first ever trip with friends and that too unplanned. On 9:10 pm we were like "shall we go?" and on 9:20 pm we were running here and there and picking everything we saw in the house😂 packed our bags in just five minutes and went on tripling to star square (One more thing that I had nothing other than the clothes I was wearing that time and my handbag and wallet. I relied on my friend's clothes throughout the whole trip) These few minutes literally felt like mixture of "Zindagi na milegi dobara "Jab we met" "3 Idiots" and "tripling" , each one for different reasons . Amazing it was. I believe the "daana pani" concept here. This made everything happen😂 otherwise how the hell my ma pa agreed to send me. Anyways, this is something all of us are never going to forget.

You can imagine how dramatic and twisty whole trip was, as our bus arrived two and a half hours late at 12 am. Then we had to wait for one more hour in midway, for, some issue with the bus had to be fixed and we were waiting for another bus to shift, which came at 1:21 am and we shifted to sleepers in the cost of seaters. The bus started, we were pretty happy that finally, we are going to leave the city and will reach Panchmari by 9:30 am. But no, they made us have a tea break at 3:00 am and we changed another bus at 4:00 am and got back to seaters. Now it was pretty obvious and upsetting for us that we reached Panchmari too late, by 1:30 pm.
We rented a hotel room and had lunch and left room by 3:30 pm. More than half of our touring hours were wasted but still somehow we managed to visit Handi khoh, Mahadev Gufa, and Gupt Mahadev.
After we got back to our place, we went to market area which was quiet calm and small. We bought some fruits and ready made pass time eatables for rest of the night and next day. By the way, the tea and pakodi we had, tasted superb! (We didn't miss Indory taste). Had fruits for dinner, danced to some random songs and slept watching "Masti" , way earlier than routine as we were tired and we had to get up early tomorrow. Day 1 was quiet tiring but also full of excitement and zeal.
Day 2 started with Panchmari Museum, Bee fall, "Fruits and chips for lunch" , Pandava Gufa, Reechgarh and Dhoopgarh, also Echo point and Jalgali in midway.
Now another twist in the story was that it was Dussera on the same day. In general the bus departs at 6:30 pm but due to Dussera crowd and traffic in the nearby village "Pipariya" ,  timings were changed to 4:30 pm so we had cover all the main spots asap, still we missed on so many of them like Dutches fall, Jatashanker Mahadev and many more.
One thing I forgot to tell was that me and di, both of us got our toes hurt at Bee fall, she slipped off on her toe and I jarred with the rocks there. Most of the people we met there told us about the honey and joint pain relief oil "Batantak Tel" , so we thought we should give it a try and brought small packets of both of them.
So Day 2 ended a bit painful for the two of us but very happy and exciting for all of us.
I wrote this while traveling from Panchmari to Indore.
Let's see what's next!

5 Myths about Therapy you should know

When it comes to therapy, there are many myths and misconceptions that can prevent people from seeking the help they need. These myths are often perpetuated by popular media and a lack of education about mental health. In this blog, we'll bust five common myths about therapy that no one talks about. I went on vacation in this pandemic!! | Social Media Detox

Yes yes! You read it right. I went on a vacation in this corona pandemic, in a world away from this virtual world, i.e.  Social Media Detox  and this trip felt like no less than an actual trip to some hill station in rainy season, when you just look at sky and sip a steamy hot and sour soup and while it goes down, you feel utter pleasure, the pleasure of solitude, the pleasure of being accompanied by yourself!  Okay! Okayyy! It's getting a little weird and boring but trust me, once you do it, you will also feel the same. So, how did I get this idea?  Actually, I was in bad mood, a bit upset, so I called my friend and talked to her and felt better after almost an hour and then we kept talking and it was fun, and suddenly she said she had to go to do exercise and left and here, I was bored again, in a second. The first thought that hit my mind was  what do I do now?  And before I could come up with an answer I took my phone and opened Instagram to fin...
